Hand-written on a paper headed by the slogan of Sareyyet Ramallah, this is a letter sent by the scoutmaster to the following Nabil al-Ahwal, ʾibrahim Habib, Metry ʿaqel, ʾilyas Yousif, Hanna Rabah, Mousa Qattoun, Mousa Jaddallah, ʿabdallah Sa', Jeries el-Baba telling them that they have been appointed as members in the advisory board of Sareyyet Ramallah. He is also inviting them to attend the meeting at the headquarters of Sareyyet Ramallah.
